Because our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products due to hygiene, safety, and quality control standards.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly review the situation and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Herbal Gypsy is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.

Allergies & Sensitivities

We encourage customers to review ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. Due to the natural nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
