Processing Time

All Herbal Gypsy products are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping seasons.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Herbal Gypsy is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Herbal Gypsy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping

At this time, Herbal Gypsy ships within the United States only.
